One text ask is one Chat reply or one Panel run. One image generation is one accepted image prompt, whether it runs one model in Chat or a comparison in Images. Allowances reset each calendar month (UTC), do not roll over, and have no overages or top-ups. A total failure—or a cancellation before any usable image—returns the image generation; any partial usable result counts. Current image requests use 1K Faster quality.

Is my data used for training?
Prism does not use your data to train AI models today. Prompts and applicable context are processed by Prism and the selected AI providers to return your result.
Do I need provider API keys?
No. AI execution runs securely on Prism’s servers using Prism’s provider credentials, so there are no API keys for you to configure or manage.
What are Standard and Frontier asks?
They are Prism’s two text-usage pools. Free includes 10 Standard asks each month. Pro includes 100 Standard asks and 25 Frontier asks each month; eligible models can vary by plan and service configuration.
Can I use Prism without an account?
Yes. Guest mode includes 3 lifetime Standard text samples per device. Sign in with Apple is required for renewable monthly allowances, subscriptions, attachments, and synced history.
How do I cancel Pro?
Manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple Account settings. Cancellation stops renewal but does not create a prorated refund; Apple handles payment and refund requests.
